Way too sticky and heavy. Requested a refund and I would send back the used 1x pump but was told too bad, you used it and we don’t take ‘used product returns!!!’ How am I supposed to know how I would like the product if I didn’t try it at least once! ?? Bad customer service and am stuck with paying for a serum I am never going to use 😱

We recommend just 2–3 drops applied to the face, pressed in gently, then followed with a moisturizer to lock everything in. Using more than that amount or skipping the follow-up moisturizer step can make the formula feel heavier or tackier than intended, since it's designed to be one layer in a routine rather than a standalone step.
